Dr. Starley grew up in Sparks, NV where he attended Reed Highschool. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He then graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). Dr. Starley found himself drawn to Orthodontics and after graduating from dental school. From there, he attended the Orthodontics Residency program at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Starley is a current member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Starley is excited to be back home in Nevada where he and his wife, Lexi, grew up. He met his wife in high school and they were married in 2017. By the time he finished residency, they had 3 children, two boys and one girl. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, watching movies, and finding new places to eat. He also enjoys any type of game, whether it is video games, board games, or sports. Golf and baseball are at the top of the list, as well as rooting for the Oakland Athletics, San Francisco 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors.
